TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Nature of the Service

TopClubs.lol is a global digital leaderboard where supporters contribute voluntary financial backing to rank their favorite football clubs based on fan passion. Financial backing acts as a vote for leaderboard placement and digital fan bragging rights.

2. Non-Affiliation with Football Clubs

All club names, city identifiers, and league classifications referenced on this platform are used solely for descriptive, comparative, and identification purposes under nominal fair use principles. TopClubs does not claim any official licensing, sponsorship, or association with FIFA, UEFA, the Premier League, La Liga, MLS, or individual clubs.

3. Payments & Voluntary Backing

All financial contributions made through Stripe are denominated in USD. Contributions are voluntary entertainment purchases for digital leaderboard ranking points. Contributions do not represent equity, shares, debt, securities, or financial investments in TopClubs or the chosen football club.

All payments are final and non-refundable once submitted, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

4. User Conduct & Message Moderation

Supporter names and cheer messages submitted during backing must comply with our Community Guidelines. TopClubs strictly prohibits hate speech, harassment, threats, spam, unsolicited URLs, or offensive content. TopClubs reserves the right to hide, sanitize, or remove any supporter message without refund.

5. Fraud Prevention & Chargebacks

Any unauthorized card usage, fraudulent transactions, or abuse of payment gateways will result in immediate IP banning, transaction revocation, and notification to payment networks.

6. Limitation of Liability

TopClubs provides the service "as is" without warranties of any kind. Under no circumstances shall TopClubs operators be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from leaderboard standings or server downtime.
